Although we do use Professional commercial equipment for pressure washing, our employees are properly trained and understand that the key to a great pressure washing outcome is not actually using high “pressure” to remove dirt and debris. Instead, our employees focus on using the right chemicals, and the right volume of water to ensure the best result when washing your home or business.
Softwashing is an expression used in showing how we will clean your surfaces. We actually gently spray the right cleaning agents on your property, in the right amounts, let it dwell, and then rinse it off. On most surfaces, you don’t need to “Blast it”, you just need to use the right cleaning agents, and let them do the work they were assigned to do.
We generally use 2 methods, Water Fed Poles and Traditional methods, (Stripwashers and Squeegee). We were the first company on the entire Northshore to use Water Fed Pole Cleaning. This method is on the cutting edge of Window Cleaning technology, and the benefits will tell you why. We hook up to your existing water supply and then the water goes through our tanks, which runs first through a RO unit, (Reverse Osmosis), to get the TDS, (Total Dissolved Solids), Level down to 10 parts a million, then the RO water goes through our DI section, (Deionized), to get the water down to 0 parts per million. By using this method, we can wash windows up to 6 stories high with this treated water without the need to squeegee, and the treated glass will dry completely spot free. This saves you on time, no heavy manlifts on your property to damage the landscaping, grounds, etc., and we don’t have to hang off your structure which could also cause building damage. On your interiors we use traditional Stripwashers and squeegees, we strip wash each pane of glass, squeegee it dry, detail the edges, wipe down the ledges, and apply a dust repellent solution to the glass. If you have screens, we remove, clean, and reinstall them at no extra charge!
